This work originates from the discovery of a family vacation album dated 1963. Having found it on the street, all the photographs in the album were almost completely detached, exposing the paper that once held them. A paper now empty, but still bearing the marks of the tape that once secured the photos, handwritten notes with the names of the places the family visited, remnants of photographs still visible, and the faded paper where the images once were.
At the bottom, on a wooden shelf, lie all the photographs that were once adhered to the album, now turned over to highlight their absence. The only visible trace on them is the green stain from the dried glue that once held them to the album.
